Are all cards authentic?
Yes. Every card we sell is guaranteed authentic. Graded cards come in tamper-proof PSA, BGS, or CGC cases. Raw cards are inspected for authenticity before listing.
How is authenticity verified?
Graded cards are verified through the grading company's certification database. Raw cards undergo visual inspection for print quality, texture, and known counterfeit markers.
What condition are the cards in?
Graded cards are listed with their official grade (PSA 9, BGS 9.5, etc.). Raw cards are described as Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc. with photos showing actual condition.
How should I store my cards?
Graded slabs should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Raw cards should be stored in penny sleeves and toploaders or binders with acid-free pages.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship domestically across the United States. International shipping is available on request for orders over $200, subject to customs regulations.
How long does delivery take?
Most domestic orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2–4 business days. High-value cards ($500+) ship with signature confirmation.
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days if the card is not as described. Card must be in the same condition as shipped. Buyer pays return shipping unless item was misrepresented.
